Working worldwide – field report

Digitalization is a key term yet to be heard of in today’s society. In organisations and companies there is little to nothing done in the area of online team building. In the nonprofit world, there are organizations that are just starting out with online collaboration and others that have already set up a full online infrastructure for their volunteers. But what about the organizations? We are asking!

In this interview series we would like to give you an insight into the work of other organizations. What does virtual collaboration look like for you? Which challenges were they able to master and which ones are they still struggling with? There is no one-size-fits-all solution to online collaboration. Because it depends on the needs of the team. In each episode we highlight a different perspective.

Together we are strong!
