Week 1: Understanding AI & EU AI Act at a glance
What exactly is AI? Why do we need rules? Together, we’ll classify what the EU AI Act means – and what opportunities it opens up for social enterprises and organizations. (Story-Start)

Week 2: Prompting – communicating securely with AI
How do I talk to AI so that it understands what I mean? You will learn the basics of good prompts, get practical tips and practise directly on your own examples.
Week 3: Using text generation sensibly
Writing texts with AI? Sure – but please be thoughtful. We’ll show you how to use ChatGPT & Co for texts, what you need to watch out for when it comes to copyright – and how to recognize bias.

FAQ: Any questions?
Who is the course suitable for?
For everyone! The course is structured in such a way that both beginners with no AI experience and advanced learners receive exciting impulses. Exercises are available in several levels of difficulty – everyone can choose how deep they want to go.
How much time do we need to allow?
About 10 minutes per day – perfect for integrating into your daily work routine. The weekly content is always activated on Mondays. You decide whether you:
- 10 minutes a day,
- or work on the content together in a block.
All content remains permanently available so that you can learn flexibly at your own pace.
Do we need a special AI tool or a paid version?
No. All exercises can be carried out with free versions of common tools. In some places there are hints as to what would also be possible with paid versions – but they are not a prerequisite. In some cases, registration with a tool is necessary. We recommend that you create a free email address (with Google or other service providers) if you do not wish to register with your own email address.
How do the workshops work?
The three workshops accompany your learning journey throughout the course. They build on the course without repeating content and offer space for exchange, practical examples and individual questions.
⏱️ Timing:
- Workshop 1 – Before the course starts: introduction & orientation, thematic focus, discovering fields of application
- Workshop 2 – Half-time: Deepening & application, reflecting on initial experiences, concrete fields of application in the team
- Workshop 3 – Week 8 or 9: Implementation & transfer – development of guidelines, practical projects or roadmaps

💡 The workshops are interactive, tailored to your team and promote the sustainable integration of what you have learned into your day-to-day work.
When does the next course start?
Courses always start on Mondays.
- Teams: We agree the earliest possible start date with you. You often start with a kick-off workshop.
- Self-learners: After booking, it takes approx. 2-3 working days for access to be activated. You can start by next Monday at the latest.
What happens if I miss a day or am ill?
No stress! You can catch up on the units at any time – at your own pace. The course is structured in such a way that you can rejoin at any time without losing the thread. And: you have lifelong access to all content.
What is the difference between courses and workshops?
The course is a gamified self-study course – you learn in small units (approx. 10 minutes/day), flexibly and at your own pace. Ideal for starting the day in the morning, for example.
The workshops are 60-minute live online sessions with our experts. Here you can explore individually selected topics in depth as a team, clarify questions and apply what you have learned directly to your practice.
