It all began with the question of how people can experience closeness, trust, and genuine collaboration in the digital world. Fairlinked emerged from digital engagement and nonprofit work—and has grown step by step ever since: from online team building and organizational development to responsible AI education for NGOs and social organizations.
Active since 2019 and officially founded in 2020, Fairlinked continues to combine high-tech with high-touch: digital tools, clear processes, and formats that truly engage people.
Webinar birth with

In 2020, “Digitized Volunteer Work” was released—one of the first publicly available Fairlinked webinars in collaboration with Haus des Stiftens
Collaboration with the Mecklenburg-Vorpommern Volunteer Foundation
Fairlinked supports associations and social organizations in organizational development, digital transformation, and effective collaboration.
Involvement with startsocial & “Agathe Helps“
Fairlinked—or rather, Jana—is involved with startsocial as a coach and remains a member of the jury to this day. She is also involved with “Agathe hilft,” an initiative of agile coaches for nonprofit organizations.
The “100xDigital” Program of the German Foundation for Civic Engagement and Volunteerism
Each year, Jana and the Fairlinked team serve as coaches and process facilitators, guiding up to 10 organizations through their digital transformation processes.
Jana Becomes a Certified INQA Coach
This enables Fairlinked to support organizations through funded process facilitation—in a participatory, practical manner, and with a focus on sustainable change.
FutureComm Is Being Created
A network of IT service providers committed to better supporting social organizations. Fairlinked bridges the gap between technology, change, and organizational culture—ensuring that digital solutions are not just implemented, but truly embedded in day-to-day work.
AGYLE Award and Inclusion in the Network
Jana receives an AGYLE award and becomes part of the international AGYLE network. This recognition strengthens Fairlinked’s international perspective on digital transformation, sustainability, and inclusive collaboration.
Co-founded the KIforGood Network
In the areas of team building and community building, Fairlinked is expanding its network in the field of responsible AI education. As a co-founder of KIforGood, Jana brings perspectives from NGO practice, AI literacy, and digital transformation.
Launch of the AI Training Program
The AI training program developed in 2024 will officially begin on August 18, 2025, with the first three groups. Fairlinked combines AI fundamentals, practical applications, ethics, data protection, and the EU AI Act in this program.
Over 150 workshops per year
By 2025, Fairlinked’s impact had grown tremendously. With the help of the entire Fairlinked team, 161 workshops and over 100 hours of consulting were conducted. As a result, Fairlinked reaches approximately 5,000 active participants per year—primarily from NGOs, associations, foundations, and social organizations.
Advanced Modules in AI Continuing Education
Already, 474 participants have successfully completed the AI training program. The overwhelmingly positive feedback has prompted the next step in the program’s development: Together with external experts, Fairlinked is developing specialized advanced modules.
