The story of Fairlinked begins with its founding by Jana Piske in 2020, driven by the vision of paving a path to the digital future that prioritizes not only technological excellence but also human values. Recognizing that the digital revolution is often driven by capital and power, and that the essential values of inclusion and diversity can be overlooked, Fairlinked was created in response to the urgent need to put these values at the heart of the digital workplace. Today, Fairlinked stands as an example of how online collaboration and digital leadership can be not only successful but also enriching when built on the principles of partnership and mutual respect.
