There is now a subsidy for the costs of process support specifically for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) , to provide you with custom-fit solutions for all the HR policy and organizational changes in the digital transformation.
We want to help you to be fit for the future and to be able to react flexibly to all changes. This makes your business more resilient, ensures competitiveness and keeps the best professionals with you. And the best thing about it: In the INQA program, 80 percent of the consulting costs are subsidized.
INQA Coaching builds on the experience of the predecessor program “unternehmensWert:Mensch Plus” and is funded by the European Social Fund Plus (ESF Plus) and the Federal Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs (BMAS). The program runs from 2023 to 2027!
Why INQA coaching is just right for you?
Very simple! We rely on agile methods so that you can also work agilely. And with us, your team is at the center – we actively involve your employees in every step. In this way, solutions are created that really suit you and that are supported by everyone – even after the coaching.
How does INQA coaching work?
Very easy – it’s only 3 steps:
- INQA Initial Consultation: Let us know if you’re interested, and we’ll help you find your regional INQA advisory office (IBS). The INQA advisory center will review the formal eligibility requirements for funding and issue you an INQA coaching voucher.
- INQA Coaching at Your Company: That’s when the actual coaching with us can begin. Just send us your INQA coaching voucher, and we’re off! Together with your team, we’ll develop tailor-made solutions that will take your company to the next level. The program includes an intensive 4-month coaching phase (which can be extended to 7 months if needed).
- Follow-up Meeting with IBS: A few months after the coaching sessions, you’ll meet with IBS for a brief evaluation to discuss the results and impact of the coaching. If you’d like, we can also provide you with tips on additional support opportunities so that you can continue to benefit from these changes in the long term.

Who can use INQA coaching?
INQA Coaching is open to small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) that want to tackle the challenges of the changing world of work. Here is a checklist to help you determine whether your company is eligible:
- Business Structure: Your business is legally independent, falls under the category of independent professionals, or is a nonprofit organization.
- Headquarters and place of business: Both are located in Germany, either in the federal state where the INQA advisory office is based or in a neighboring federal state.
- Number of employees: Your company has at least 1 full-time employeesubject to social insurance contributions(in the last business year before the start of the consulting as well as during the INQA coaching) and a total of less than 250 employees (measured in annual work units).
- Revenue: Your company has annual revenue of no more than 50 million euros or an annual balance sheet total of no more than 43 million euros.
- Year of Incorporation: Your company has been in business for at least 2 years, or, if its legal form has changed, it was incorporated more than 5 years ago (for check issuance).
