1.5h webinar from Fairlinked
Content :
Conflicts are part of teamwork and release a lot of energy. This energy, used incorrectly, can shift the focus from your association’s work to dealing with the conflict. What is left behind is a team that is devoid of motivation and can no longer move forward with its core tasks. However, this energy can also be used constructively. Because well-managed conflicts are important impulses for personal and institutional development. It’s even more difficult in digital spaces, because it’s too easy to mentally leave the virtual space and avoid the conflict.
In this webinar, we would like to address the question of how we can constructively resolve conflicts in our team.
This webinar covers the following topics:
- What basic rules do I need to follow in conflict talks?
- How can I establish a good conflict culture in my team?
- How do I recognize conflicts in time?
- How does my team use the conflict energy in a positive way?
- How does a good conflict conversation work, analog or digital?
